This all-electric SUV marks Hyundai’s commitment to sustainable mobility, offering a blend of performance, technology, and affordability. The Creta Electric retains the bold and dynamic design language of its internal combustion engine (ICE) counterpart, with subtle EV-specific enhancements. Key exterior features include:

  • A. Front Grille: A closed-off grille with integrated charging port, emphasizing its electric nature.

  • B. Lighting: All-LED lighting system, including LED headlamps, DRLs, and tail lamps.

  • C. Wheels: 17-inch aero alloy wheels designed for improved aerodynamics.

  • A. Dual-Tone Upholstery: Options like Granite Gray and Dark Navy, complemented by Ocean Blue ambient lighting.

The Creta Electric offers two battery pack choices:

  • A. 42 kWh Battery Pack: Delivers 135 PS (99 kW) of power and an ARAI-certified range of 390 km.

  • B. 51.4 kWh Battery Pack: Provides 171 PS (126 kW) of power with a range of 473 km.

2. Acceleration and Drive Modes

The larger battery variant accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.9 seconds. Drivers can choose from three drive modes:

  • A. Eco: Optimizes energy consumption for maximum range.

  • B. Normal: Balances performance and efficiency.

  • C. Sport: Enhances throttle response for a dynamic driving experience.

3. Charging Capabilities

Charging options are versatile:

  • A. DC Fast Charging: 10% to 80% in 58 minutes.

  • B. AC Home Charging: 10% to 100% in 4 hours using an 11 kW wallbox charger.

The Creta Electric is equipped with state-of-the-art technology:
